Denise Pirrotti Hummel
Denise Pirrotti Hummel, J.D. is the founder of Lead Inclusively, an organization devoted to helping clients integrate business and H.R. strategies to optimize workplace cultures by enabling diverse talent to positively impact organizational success through inclusion.
Ms. Hummel began her career as an employment lawyer by litigating and winning the first-class action under the Americans With Disabilities Act. She moved into international M&A people integration, where she developed a cross-cultural optimization consultancy, Universal Consensus, LLC, which was acquired by Ernst & Young, where she became a Principal.
Denise is a serial entrepreneur, IDEO™ certified in “Leading for Creativity,” Ted Talks™ finalist and is on Marshall Goldsmith’s final legacy team 100 coaches™. She is a staunch advocate of a diverse work-force, her mission has always been measurable action driving tangible business results.
I have endorsed Denise as the world’s leader in Diversity & Inclusion because of her intolerance for resting on “best practice” and tireless search for the “next practices” that will crack the code to achieving the business results of inclusion. The assessments she has developed are at the key intersection of inclusion and innovation, her E-learning moves us beyond unconscious bias to inclusive leadership behaviors and she is leveraging AI and machine learning to scale and sustain D&I initiatives in a way that finally leads to lasting cultural transformation. I applaud her work and am honored to have her among the MG100s. — Dr. Marshall Goldsmith, #1 Leadership Thinker, Exec Coach, NYT Bestselling Author, Dartmouth Tuck Professor Mgmt. Practice
