Joy's first professional speaking engagement was at The White House at the age of 19. She got there by calling the President of the United States.  She was born into a family of passionate educators and highly successful entrepreneurs.  Her parents were the founders of the Baldridge Learning Center.  She has been an adjunct professor at over 30 universities including Colgate, Tulane and Yale.  Her client list consists of many of the best companies in the world.  Her sole goal is to help the best to become even better!  Her programs are energizing, entertaining, engaging and packed with priceless 'Golden Nuggets' of immediately applicable and useful information designed to increase revenue and productivity, while decreasing frustration and stress.
