Patti Branco is the founder of Management & Training Solutions, created in April 1999 to provide leadership development with life in balance, nurture successful investment programs, reveal marketing and sales best practices, as well as to deliver professional presentations for the financial services industry.  The launch of her speaking business followed years in corporate America in the banking and investment sector.  Her exceptional reputation in the financial services industry won her immediate success.

Branco is the author of 'The Path to Million Dollar Production', a widely acclaimed and in -demand book for financial advisors, as well as numerous articles on sales and service in the financial industry and others.  Her first book contribution was a chapter in 'Real World Leadership Strategies' by Insight Publishing.
