The Journey: From IBM to Consulting Intelligence.
Prior to retiring and founding Consulting Intelligence, Bob was a senior consultant with IBM's Business Consulting Services, where he specialized in developing customer relationship management (CRM) strategies for IBM's clients. Most recently, Bob held the position of CRM Subject Matter Professional at IBM's Strategic Envisioning Center while also serving as a member of IBM's Worldwide CRM Leadership Council. He lectured at IBM's Advanced Business Institute and regularly trained fellow consultants on IBM's proprietary consulting methods and service offerings at IBM Executive Consulting Institute locations in Asia, Europe and North America. In addition to his consulting and educational activities at IBM, Bob frequently represented IBM as a speaker at CRM and business process management conferences.
He is an active member of the Institute of Management Consultants, American College of Forensic Examiners, Project Management Institue and the National Speakers Association and is the author of the upcoming book, ""Who's Managing the Consultants? A client's guide to managing -- and maximize the return from -- their consulting resources.""Today he and his colleagues at Consulting Intelligence concentrate on sharing their expertise and providing advice and counsel to organizations who utilize consultants.Bob has over 30 years experience in all facets of business process optimization, systems development, information technology and telecommunications.
